What we store
Your name, email, company or project, role where required, city, preferred format, message, language, consent choices, request ID and submission time are saved in a private database.

Why we use it
To review your invitation or partnership enquiry and contact you about it. Applicant details are not published as a guest directory or provided to partners as unrestricted contact lists.

Future messages
Future gathering invitations require a separate opt-in. It is not selected by default and does not affect your request. No automated mailing service is connected.

Browser preferences
This website stores your display language in this browser. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Request-rate limiting uses a temporary server-side network-address counter to discourage repeated submissions.

Changing your preferences
When an AFTERHASH host contacts you, you can ask them to update your information or communication preferences. A dedicated privacy contact and a formal retention schedule have not yet been published.
